Most recently, he led development of Spending Momentum Index Premium by identifying business needs, building a solution, partnering with 3rd party data providers, conducting research including soliciting feedback from Visa business clients, planning, and executing product development and product launch worldwide.

Michael holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing and advertising from the University of Arizona and a BS in Economics and Finance from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.

Richard McGill Murphy is a senior marketing leader with deep strategic and operational experience across multiple industries. Brittany is an accomplished editorial leader with two decades of experience crafting compelling stories across diverse formats, from investigative journalism to memoir to thought leadership. With a reporter’s instinct honed at Northwestern University’s prestigious Medill School of Journalism, she takes joy in blending data-driven journalism tactics into the marketing function. She also holds an MA in Writing & Publishing from DePaul University, where she studied the intricacies of syntax, grammar, and nonfiction writing.

Brittany’s expertise lies at the intersection of coaching executives on effective communication, managing client-facing writers and editors, and cultivating a start-up culture with incredibly high retention. As an editor, she has deep expertise in developing reports, articles, and other forms of thought leadership for executives across industries, from financial services to energy to technology.

Prior to joining iResearch, Brittany built and managed the editorial team at US-based Leff Communications. She also held roles in marketing and administration. Philippe Roussiere leads Innovation and AI in Accenture Research. He brings over 25 years serving in a variety of research leadership roles on client-focused and thought leadership projects. He guides Accenture to regularly reach new levels of innovation and impact by scaling innovative methods like machine learning/NLP, economic modeling, data visualization and hybrid/experiential research platforms. His current focus is on Generative AI and data productization to increase productivity and creativity.

Since 2019, Anthony has been leading IBM’s thought leadership engine, managing 60 technology and industry experts, statisticians, economists and analysts, delivering insights that are credible, inspiring and actionable. He has worked at IBM for nearly 18 years, both in IBV and in strategy consulting roles. Anthony regularly publishes and speaks at major conferences around the world on topics including digital transformation and innovation. Prior to joining IBM, Anthony led teams in several consultancies, and worked as a policy economist in major deregulation and privatization programs.

As EY’s Global Content Strategist, Elisabeth establishes the firm’s editorial direction for thought leadership, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to articulate pertinent themes and strategies. The primary focus lies in crafting pioneering content that aids clients and influencers in addressing formidable global challenges through inventive digital formats and research methods.

Elisabeth’s role draws from her extensive editorial background, encompassing hands-on journalism positions at the Financial Times and Thomson Reuters. More recently, she contributed to content strategy at Headword Consulting, collaborating with major consultancies, Big Four firms, and think tanks.

Her career bridges the media transition from print to digital, where she actively engaged in content digitization projects. In addition to her strategic role, Elisabeth actively engages with the public through speaking engagements, commentary, moderation, broadcasting, blogging, and social media, particularly on topics like entrepreneurship, leadership, diversity, and business.

In 2005, Elisabeth played a pivotal role in launching the FT’s Women at the Top project (2005-2011), shedding light on the benefits of diversity while celebrating outstanding female leadership. Serge is a global B2B marketing executive and thought leadership expert with deep experience in consulting, technology, market research and retail companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Forrester, Ryder, Nike and HP. His role often involves acting as a thought leadership evangelist. This means engaging and educating stakeholders about the value and profitability of thought leadership marketing – beyond driving awareness. His pragmatic approach to building thought leadership programs is collaborative and inclusionary, involving all stakeholders and sponsors across the organization and partner ecosystems.

David Reid is the research director of DXC Leading Edge, with responsibility for its research, strategic thought leadership and advisory agenda. Dave has significant experience in helping business and technology executives shape their plans to exploit the opportunities offered in the digital world. Alongside his leadership role, Dave has driven research into business and digital transformations; environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives; and leadership with C-level executives. He serves as a trusted advisor to many of DXC’s customers. Prior to DXC, Dave was a technology leader with GlaxoSmithKline.

Samad is the European head and content strategy lead for the Infosys Knowledge Institute. He has spent the past 20 years as a technology journalist, researcher, thought leader and innovator. At Infosys he has driven the research agenda at the Knowledge Institute, developing and expanding the group’s “Radar” series of reports and the ESG and Digital research streams.

Before joining Infosys he developed Accenture’s start-up innovation practice in the UK, first setting up and running a series of start-up accelerators in the Fintech, Retail, and Health sectors, and then leading the company’s Open Innovation group in the UK, while also selling digital strategy services to clients. Before this he was that firm’s Technology research lead, having been a researcher a principle research analyst at firms such as Computerwire, Datamonitor and Ovum, and a writer for magazines including Risk, Information Age and Computer Business Review.

James Redgrave is Vice President, Global Thought Leadership & Editorial at State Street, where he is responsible for client-focused research, analysis and content. He is an experienced provider of research and market intelligence consultancy services to the asset management industry and a former financial journalist. James has covered institutional investment and retail financial services for several specialist financial publishers, including the Financial Times. James joined State Street in 2018.

Damian has 10 years of experience across data, planning, corporate reputation and communications. Prior to FTI Consulting, Damian held positions at Freuds and Edelman, where he worked across a range of clients including Meta, Netflix, Heineken, Mars, the Islamic Development Bank, NEOM, Sky and City Football Group.

Kevin Lyman serves as Global Head of Thought Leadership for Invesco Ltd., an independent global investment firm with approximately $1.6 trillion in assets under management. In this role, Kevin partners with Invesco’s investment, corporate and enterprise support teams around the world, as well as external parties, to drive execution of the firm’s global thought leadership agenda.
